Working as part of a team to cover a 24/7 rota, including unsocial hours, weekends, holiday periods, and sleep-in/night shifts.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their well-being. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support with meal preparation and household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with medication management (training provided).
Support mobility and physical well-being.
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
A commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Excellent communication skills.
A willingness to undergo training and development.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
